To help create a calm and supportive atmosphere for all participants, please observe the following guidelines:
β° Punctuality β Enter at the designated entry times (every 30 minutes) to avoid disrupting the practice.
π Mute Microphone β Keep your microphone muted at all times unless speaking with the teacher.
π₯Β Camera On β Please keep your camera on to contribute to a sense of shared presence and community.
πΏΒ Quiet Space β Join from a quiet environment, free from distractions, so that you and others may practice with focus.
πΒ Respectful Presence β Treat the shared practice space with attentiveness, patience, and kindness toward yourself and others.
Β πͺ· Dokusan Practice β For the Everyday Circle only. When entering the waiting room for dokusan, remain attentive until it is your turn. Respect the privacy of others.Β
πΒ Sunday Dharma Talkβ For the Everyday Circle only. On Sundays, join the dharma talk with the same attentiveness as zazen; no dokusan is scheduled that day.
